摘  要:目的:研究喉鳞状细胞癌组织中CDK2激酶在引起DNA异倍体发生过程中的作用。方法:取手术中获得的50例喉鳞状细胞癌组织,12例非典型增生组织和30例声带息肉组织,用γ-微管蛋白抗体标记中心体,用免疫组织化学的方法检测CDK2激酶、γ-微管蛋白的表达。结果:在喉鳞状细胞癌组织中CDK2激酶,γ-微管蛋白阳性率表达分别为68%(34/50),78%(10/15),二者的表达都显著高于声带息肉组织(P<0.05);在喉鳞状细胞癌组织中,CDK2激酶的表达与γ-微管蛋白的表达具有相关性。结论:喉鳞状细胞癌中CDK2过度表达导致肿瘤细胞增殖异常。在诊断和治疗喉鳞状细胞癌中,CDK2可能是一个有重要作用的指标。Objective: To investigate the role of CDK2 in the development of DNA heteroploid in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma(LSCC). Method: Fifty specimens of I.SCC , twelve specimens of atypical hyperplasia and thirty specimens of vocal cord polyp were obtain during operation. Centrosome were detected by anti tubulin antibodies. Immunohistochemical method was used to analyze the protein expression of CDK2 and γ-tubulin. Result: The positive rate of CDK2 and γ-tubulin in LSCC were 68.0%(34/50) and 78.0%(10/15), all of them were significant higher than those in the vocal cord polyp (P〈0.05). Expression of CDK2 in I.SCC was positively association with expression of γ-tubulin. Conclusion:This experiment indicated that overexpression of CDK2 was strongly correlated with abnormal proliferation in LSCC, and it may be a valuable marker for the diagnosis and therapy of LSCC.
