摘　　要：目的评估生物羊膜移植术治疗结膜肿瘤切除后结膜囊重建的疗效。方法采用生物羊膜移植术治疗结膜肿瘤切除后8例9只眼，术后随访3-6个月。结果9只眼治愈，无复发。结论生物羊膜移植术治疗结膜肿瘤切除后结膜囊重建安全有效。Objective To evaluate the curative effect of biological amnion transplantation for reconstructing the conjunctival Sac after the excision of conjuctival malignance.Methods Transplatations of biological amnion were adapted in 8 cases （9 eyes）with conjunctival maglignance.All patients had been followed up for 3-6 months.Results All the grafts survived.Ptyrigurn recurrences didn＇ t occurre in the follow up period time.Conclusions Tansplantation of biological amnion is an effective treatment for reconstructing the conjunctival Sac after the excision ofconjuctival malignance.
