女性肺癌手术后病理及临床特点研究

摘　　要：目的探讨女性肺癌手术后病理及临床特点。方法回顾性分析2002年10月01日-2007年09月31日在我院住院,经手术后病理证实为肺癌的101例女性患者,与相同条件下的246例男性肺癌患者,进行比较。结果女性肺癌的患病年龄54.60±11.88岁,明显小于男性;患病部位右肺与左肺之比为1.53∶1,右侧多于左侧,与男性相似;腺癌占68.32%,明显高于男性,鳞癌占11.88%,明显低于男性;术后临床分期中Ⅲa占18.81%,Ⅲb占15.84%,Ⅳ占15.84%,晚期病人多;平均住院日(26.40±10.82)d,平均术后住院日(16.30±7.63)d,比男性肺癌长,两组患者的手术切除范围比较无显著性差异。结论女性肺癌有其自身的特点。发病年龄早,病期晚,腺癌居多,住院时间长。需要提高认识,早期发现,早期诊断,早期治疗,进一步提高女性肺癌的防治效果。Objective To study the clinical characteristics and postoperative pathology of female lung cancer. Methods 101 female lung cancer confirmed after operation were retrospective analyzed, and were compared with 246 male lung cancer patients hospitalized from 2002-10-01 to2007-09-31.Results The average age 54. 60±11. 88 of female lung cancer were significant younger than the male. The ratio of disease location of right to left were 1.53 ： 1 ,with the right side more. Among these,adencarcinoma was 68. 32% ,higher in male than in female. Squamous carcinoma was 11.88% ,also higher in male than in female. Among the clinical stage of postoperative, Ⅲa was 18. 81%, Ⅲb was 15.84, IV was 15. 84%, more were advanced stage. The average hospitalization was 26. 40±10. 82 days, the average postoperative hospitalization was 16. 30±7.63 days,with male having more days than female. There was no significant difference between the two groups of exairesized scope. Conclusion Compared with the male,the female lung cancer has its characteristics：younger age at onset,the right more than the left, more advanced clinical stage, more adencarcinoma, and longer hospitalization. We should elevate our recognization：earlyr discovery,earlyr diagnose,and early therapy,to elevate the effects of prevention end cure of the female lung cancer.
