摘 要:地方教学研究型大学本科教学质量监控,应根据经济社会发展需求和本校的教学资源特点进行质量目标定位,在此前提下综合运用ISO管理思想、流程再造、系统论、控制论、信息论、战略管理等多学科的理论和方法,将组织结构、管理制度、运行程序、工作过程和教学资源有机地组织起来,形成目标明确、过程控制、评价科学、动态管理、持续改进的教学质量监控体系。To monitor the teaching quality of the provincial teaching-research university, the criterion should be established according to the demand of economic development of the society and the teaching resources of the university as it is. Based on the following theories and methods of multi-disciplinary such as the management concept of ISO, the flow restoration, the system theory, the cybernetics, the information theory, and the strategic management, the monitoring system consists of. the teaching resources, the organization structure, the management system, the operating procedure, and the work process organically. Thereby the monitoring system of the teaching quality is clearly oriented, procedurally controlled, scientifically evaluated, dynamically managed, and constantly improved.
