摘　　要：为了更加有效地对机械设计方案实施定量评价,收集了大量的DFX领域专家的专业知识,建立了DFX评价知识库;结合模糊理论,建立了一种基于DFX的多层次多目标的机械设计方案评价模型,以评价知识为依据,对机械设计方案进行DFX全面、综合的评价,并通过实例验证评价结果是合理可行的,从而为解决机械设计方案评价提供了一种新的思路。In order to give quantitative evaluations of mechanical design plan effectively,this paper collects a large number of professional knowledge of many DFX experts,and build a DFX evaluation knowledge base.Combination with the fuzzy theory,this paper establishes a kind of multi-level and multi-objective mechanical design model based on DFX.The DFX comprehensive and integrated evaluation are carried on the mechanical design based on the evaluation knowledge which proves that the results are reasonable and feasible through the actual examples.This system provides a new method for the evaluation of mechanical design plan.
