额肌瓣悬吊术治疗重度上睑下垂临床探索

摘　　要：目的:探索重度上睑下垂的治疗方法。方法:制作宽窄和长度适宜的额肌瓣,经眼轮匝肌与眶隔膜间隧道,下移固定于睑板上缘,治疗重度上睑下垂97例。结果:临床治疗126只眼(97例),随访0.5～9年,外形自然,闭合自如,无复发现象,均获满意效果。结论:额肌瓣悬吊术是治疗重度上睑下垂可靠而有效的方法。Objective To explore a methods of treating severe blepharoptosis. Methods A frontalis muscle flap with suitable width and length was drawn down and rooted on top of tarsus thtough a space between orbicular muscle of eye and orbital septum fasciae.97 severe blepharoptosis cases were cured. Ressults 126eyes（97cases） were followed 6 months to 9 years after the operation, the all closed naturally with the fluent form and had no relapse. Conclusion The suspension of fyontalis muscle flap is a credible and effective treatment for severe blepharoptosis.
