摘　　要：目的:研究西安市区学龄前儿童血脂水平和高脂血症发生率,为从儿童期开始预防心血管疾病提供干预依据.方法:对西安市区2～7岁838名学龄前儿童抽取空腹(禁食12h)静脉血,测定总胆固醇(TC),甘油三酯(TG),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C),低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C),载脂蛋白AⅠ(apoAⅠ)载脂蛋白B(apoB).结果:按照美国(NCEP)专家委员会制定的儿童高脂血症的判定标准,全组儿童血TC超过5.2mmol/L,检出率为3.94%;LDL-C≥3.38mmol/L,检出率为4.42%;临界危险水平总检出率为20.29%;高脂血症总检出率为5.61%.不同年龄组儿童高脂血症检出率之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);男童和女童的高脂血症检出率之间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且男童高于女童.结论:学龄前儿童中存在一定水平的高脂血症,应在儿童体检中进行血脂筛查,以便及早发现血脂异常并进行有效的预防和干预.AIM： To study the blood lipid levels and the incidence of hyperlipidemia in preschool children in Xi＇an, and provide the information about early prevention against cardiovascular disease beginning from childhood. METHODS： After fasting for 12 h in 838 preschool children（2-7 years old） in Xi＇an, their venous blood was drown, and the serum levels of total cholesterol（ TC ） , triglyceride （TG） , high-density lipoprotein cholesterol （ HDL-C ） , low-density lipid cholesterol （ LDL-C ） , apolipoprotein A I （ apoA Ⅰ ） and apolipoprotein B （ apo B） were assayed by automatic biochemical analyzer. RESULTS： According to the diagnosis standards of hyperlipidemia in children suggested by NCEP, the incidence of TC≥5.2 mmol/L was 3.94%, the incidence of LDL-C 〉13.38 mmol/L was 4.42% , the percent of preschool children whose blood lipid levels exceeded the threshold value was 20.29% and the incidence of hyperlipidemia was 5.61% , with no significant difference among different age groups of the children （ P 〉 0.05 ） , but there was significant difference between boys and girls （ P 〈 0.05 ） , and boys were higher than girls. CONCLUSION： There is a certain level of high blood lipids in the healthy preschool children, and it suggests that we plan to investigate the levels of blood lipid in order to make the effective intervention measures to prevent hyperlipidemia in childhood.
