摘　　要：目的研究双氯芬酸钠-β-环糊精包合物的制备方法。方法应用3因素3水平的正交试验法,研究β-环糊精对双氯芬酸钠的包合作用,选择包合率为考察指标。结果按筛选出的最佳工艺条件,平均包合率达82.5%。结论双氯芬酸钠-β-环糊精包合物可大大增加双氯芬酸钠的溶解度。OBJECTIVE To study the preparation method of inclusion compound of diclofenac sodium-β-cyclodextrin.METHODS In this study,3 factors and 3 levels of condition for the preparation of inclusion compound of diclofenac sodium-β-cyclodextrin were selected by orthogonal design,the inclusion rate was used as the criteria of selecting the optimal condition.RESULTS According to the optimal condition,the average inclusion rate was 82.5%.CONCLUSION The solubility of diclofenac in inclusion compound was significantly improved in comparison with the non-included one.
