乳腺癌外周血Midkine mRNA的表达及其临床意义的研究

摘　　要：目的:检测乳腺癌患者血清中期因子(Midkine,MK)mRNA的表达,探讨乳腺癌患者血清中MK mRNA表达的意义。方法:应用RT-PCR方法检测42例乳腺癌患者血清中MK mRNA的表达,并与25例良性乳腺疾病患者血清对照。结果:42例乳腺癌患者中78.57%(33/42)外周血可检测出MK mRNA,而对照组中只有8.70%(2/33)阳性表达(χ2=31.283,P<0.001)。在乳腺癌患者中,MK m-RNA的表达与浸润程度、淋巴转移有关(P<0.05),与肿瘤直径的大小、肿瘤分化等级无关(P>0.05)。结论:乳腺癌患者血清中MK mRNA的表达与肿瘤的生成、发展及转移、浸润程度有关,有望成为判断乳腺癌转移、复发的重要指标。0bjective：To detect the expression of Midkine（MK）mRNA in serum of patients with breast cancer and evaluate its significance.Methods：The expression of MKmRNA in 42 cases of breast cancer and 25 cases of benign breast diseases were detected in blood samples using reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction（RT-PCR）.Results：Among the 42 cases of breast cancer,33 cases（78.57%）were MKmRNA positive,while only 2 positive cases in benign breast diseases（χ^2=31.283,P〈0.001）.There was significantly correlations between its expression and infiltration and lymph node metastasis（P〈0.05）,but tumor size and differentiation degree were unrelated（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：MKmRNA plays an important role in the tumorigenesis,progression,metastasis and infiltration of breast cancer.
