摘 要:目的:观察RERG钾通道在大鼠肺泡巨噬细胞中有无表达.方法:以大鼠肺泡巨噬细胞系NR8383为研究对象,RT-PCR方法检测NR8383细胞膜rerg钾通道mRNA,并测序验证;免疫细胞化学方法检测NR8383细胞膜上RERG钾通道蛋白.结果:NR8383细胞中可以检测到rerg钾通道mR-NA,并经测序证实;NR8383细胞膜上可以检测到RERG蛋白.结论:从mRNA和蛋白水平证明RERG钾通道在大鼠肺泡巨噬细胞上有表达,为进一步探索RERG钾通道与肺泡巨噬细胞功能的关系提供了依据.AIM: To investigate whether RERG potassium channels are expressed in rat alveolar macrophages. METHODS: The expression of rerg mRNA in NR8383 ceils, a rat alveolar macrophage cell line, was investigated by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) and verified by sequencing. The expression of RERG protein was investigated by immunohistochemistry. RESULTS : The mRNA and protein of RERG potassium channels were found in NR8383 cells. CONCLUSION: The mRNA and protein of RERG potassium channels are expressed in rat alveolar macrophages, which supplys a theoretical basis for exploring the relationship between RERG potassium channel and function of alveolar maerophage.
