学生转专业存在的问题与对策——以台州学院为例

摘　　要：高校学生的转专业制度在实施过程中,教学资源的限制使转专业名额不能满足学生的需求,学生二次选择专业也存在一定的"投机"的成分。要有效解决这个问题,高校应重视复合型应用人才的培养,改革招生模式为大类招生,到大三再根据学生的个人专业兴趣进行重新选择专业,加快学分制改革,厚基础、宽口径,因材施教,促进每个学生的个性发展与成才。In the implementation process of changing major, the existing quota, restricted by instructional resources, cant meet college students＇demand. And students＇second selection of majors is more or less speculative. In order to solve this problem, university should pay attention to the cultivation of graduates with multiple and practical qualifications. New students are admitted by major category, and in the 3rd year in college, renewedly distributed into different majors based on individual interest. Meanwhile, the reform of credit system must be accelerated. Students＇solid academic foundation should be made, and the professional knowledge should be extended. Students should be taught according to their abilities with the aim as development of students＇s personality and quality.
