摘 要:采用全自动CDS热裂解仪,结合气质联用分析技术,对油菜秆在300、550、1050℃时热解产物的主要组分及其含量进行了研究。结果显示:相同原料在不同温度下热解产物基本相似,主要为有机酸、醛、酮、酚类物质,但随着温度的升高,各成分含量改变。这表明温度是影响油菜秆热解产物含量的重要因素,为在特定的温度下运用不同生物质热解产物的含量比例,得到特定物质提供了依据。Primary components and contents of pyrolysis products of cole straw at 300℃, 550℃ and 1 050℃ were researched using the automatic CDS decomposition reactor combined with analysis technology of GC-MS. The results showed that pyrolysis products of the same material were similar at different temperature, and the primary products were organic acid, aldehyde, alkone, and hydroxybenzene, but with temperature increasing the contents of components were changed. It showed that temperature is one of the key factors related to the contents of pyrolysis products of cole straw, which provided the basis to obtain the specific matter using the ratio and content of different biomass pyrolysis products at specific temperature.
