摘 要:研究了变频电机定子用绝缘绞线对在方波脉冲下的局部放电行为。对不同频率及不同电压上升时间下局部放电的放电次数、平均放电量及放电的相位分布进行了研究和分析。结果表明,随频率的升高及电压上升时间的缩短,累积空间电荷形成的反向电场增强,局部放电行为加剧,从而导致绝缘的老化更为严重;随频率的升高,初始电子延迟会使单个周期内放电次数减少,而相同时间间隔内局部放电次数会有所增加;在不同电压上升时间下,放电次数的增加量不与电压上升率的变化成正比,而取决于单次放电时间td。The partial discharge (PD) activity of enameled wires for inter-turn insulation of inverter-fed motor winding was studied. The discharge numbers, average discharge quantity and PD patterns under different frequencies and rise times of square waveforms were investigated. The results show that increase of frequency and decrease of rise time both lead to enhancement of PD activity, which can lead to severe degradation of insulations. Due to effect of statistical time lag, it is possible that discharge numbers at every pulse cycle can decrease with the increase of frequency, but it will increase during the same interval time due to enhancement of the number of cycle. At different rise times, the increase of discharge numbers is not proportional to the increase of dv/dr, which relies on available discharge time td.
