摘　　要：结合国外道路安全审计研究成果和国内道路安全实际情况,阐述了道路安全审计的定义、目标、内容和理论模型。并结合中国交通的特点,探讨了在中国实施道路安全审计工作的原则、对象、阶段和步骤。结合云南省某具体路段,从交叉口的位置、布局、视距、标志、标线和安全设施等方面,指出了存在的安全隐患并提出了相应的改善措施建议和优化整治方案。The definition, objective, contents, and theoretical model of road safety audit were expounded based on the achievements in the study of road safety audit abroad and the actual situation of domestic road safety. According to the characteristics of traffic in China, the principles, objects, stages, and processes of RSA implementation procedure were discussed. Through a case study in Yunnan, some safety defects about location, layout, sight distance, signs, lines, and safety facilities of the audited intersection were presented. Some advices for further improvement and optimizing treatment were presented.
