摘　　要：作为判刑前的机制,人格调查为司法机关准确定罪量刑提供了参考性的材料。近来,人格调查在我国司法解释以及司法实践中备受关注,并且发挥出积极的作用。人格调查的展开符合了主客观相统一原则,同时也为刑罚个别化、宽严相济刑事政策践行以及法官自由裁量权的发挥提供了制度性前提。基于此,应积极推进我国人格调查制度的建设,使之合法化、规范化、科学化。As a mechanism before the sentencing, personality investigation provides referenced material for accurately sentencing and convicting. Recently, the personality survey was much concerned in China＇s judicial practice and judicial interpretation, and plays a positive role. Personality investigation is in line with the principle of unity of the objective and subjective, but also provides premise system for the penalty individuality, policy of temper justice with mercy and right of the discretion. For this reason, we should actively promote the building of personality survey system to make it legalized, standardized and scientific.
