前列地尔对SD大鼠坐骨神经损害后背根神经元的保护作用

摘　　要：目的:观察前列地尔对坐骨神经损害后背根神经元病理形态的改变。方法:以SD大鼠坐骨神经建立周围神经损害动物模型,以背根神经节病理切片(光镜、电镜)中的神经元变化情况为观察指标,考察前列地尔对坐骨神经损害后神经元的影响。结果:前列地尔给药4周后能显著地减轻背根神经节内神经元细胞坏死。结论:前列地尔对坐骨神经损害后神经元有确切的保护作用。Objective： To observe protective effect of Prostaglandin nerve in rats. Methods：Sciatic nerve lesion model was established in rats, E1 on the neuron of damaged and the morphological changes sciatic of neuron ceils of DRG treated with Prostaglandin E 1 were observed by light and electron microscopy. Results： At the end of 4 weeks, Prostaglandin Prostaglandin E 1 shows protective E1 significantly decreased the damage of neuron of DRG. Conclusion： effect on neuron damaged sciatic nerve.
