骨刺灵Ⅱ号对动物关节炎血浆中TXB_2、6-K-PGFla调节的实验研究

摘　　要：目的::观察骨刺灵Ⅱ号对动物关节炎血浆中TXB2、6-K-PGFla的调节及活血化瘀、止痛消炎的作用机理。方法:将30只制成足趾肿胀大鼠、36只制成耳肿胀小鼠随机分为模型组、阳性组、骨刺灵Ⅱ号实验组(下简称实验组),用药后分别观察各组大、小鼠足趾、耳肿胀程度。将30只小鼠随机分为模型组、阳性组、实验组,观察注射醋酸溶液后的扭体次数。将佐剂性关节炎大鼠40只,随机分成正常组、模型组、阳性组和实验组,造模后取血浆进行TXB2、6-K-PGFla的测定。结果:实验组的大、小鼠足趾及耳肿胀程度明显减轻;扭体次数与其他组有明显差异;实验组6-K-PGFla含量均高于其他各组。结论:骨刺灵Ⅱ号具有明显的抗炎作用和改善微循环功能,对治疗骨质增生有较好作用。Objective： To observe the regulatory effect of GucilingⅡ on serum TXB2 and 6--K--PGFIa in the adjuvant arthritis animals and its mechanisms in activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis, relieving pain and eliminating inflammation. Methods： Thirty rats with toe swelling and 36 mice with ear swelling were randomly divided into model group, positive group and experiment group. The swelling degree was observed in rats with toe swelling and mice with ear swelling after treatment with different drugs. Thirty mice were randomly divided into model group, positive group and experiment group. The writhing times were observed after the treatment with intraperitoneal injection of acetate solution. Forty rats with adjuvant arthritis were randomly divided into normal group, model group, positive group and experiment group. The serum TXB2 and 6-K-PGFla were measured 7 days after creation of models. Results： In experiment group the swelling degree was significantly attenuated compared with other groups. There were statistical differences on the writhing times between expermaent group and other groups. The content of 6-K--PGFla in model group was markedly higher than that in other groups. Conclusion, GucilingⅡ can obviously eliminate inflammation and improve mieroeirculation, and shows considerabie effectiveness for hyperosteogeny.
