凋亡抑制蛋白Livin在喉癌中的表达和意义

摘　　要：目的研究凋亡抑制蛋白Livin在喉癌周黏膜、喉不典型增生和喉鳞状细胞癌(简称喉癌)组织中的表达以及与喉癌各临床因素的相关性。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法检测10例喉癌周黏膜,12例喉不典型增生和61例喉癌中Livin蛋白的表达,分析其与喉癌发生、发展及预后的关系。结果Livin在喉癌中阳性表达率为67.21%(41/61);在喉不典型增生中为25% (3/12);在喉癌周黏膜中表达阴性。在喉癌组中Livin高表达与临床分期、T分期、病理分化程度呈显著相关(P<0.05);与年龄、部位、淋巴转移无显著相关(P>0.05),随访发现该蛋白的表达与患者5年生存率无显著相关(P>0.05)。结论凋亡抑制蛋白Livin在喉癌的发生、发展中起着重要作用,尚不能作为判断患者预后的一项指标,该基因有望成为喉癌基因治疗的一个新的有效的靶点。OBJECTIVE To investigate the expression of Livin in normal laryngeal tissue, atypical hyperplasia laryngeal tissue,laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma LSCC tissue and its correlation with the clinical factors of LSCC. METHODS The expression of Livin was examined by SP immunohistochemistry method in 10 specimens of normal laryngeal tissue,12 of atypical hyperplasia laryngeal tissue and 61 of LSCC tissue. RESULTS The positive rates of Livin in normal laryngeal tissue,atypical hyperplasia laryngeal tissue and LSCC tissue were 67.21%,25 % and 0 % respectively.The overexpression of Livin in LSCC tissue was significantly associated with its clinical stage,T stage and degree of pathological differentiation（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSION The inhibitor ofapoptosis protein-L ivin may play an important role in the genesis and development of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma,but can not serve as an prognosis factor.
