摘　　要：本文报导了２例少见的颅内肿瘤—非何杰金化恶性淋巴瘤。通常认为和免疫抑制剂的使用和获得性免疫缺陷有关。该病无特异的临床症状，术前极难确诊。ＣＴ形像类似脑膜瘤，ＣＴ导向下的针刺活检或手术活检能获得更准确的组织学诊断。Two cases of the rare intracranial tumor named no Hodgkin's malignancy limphomas were reported in this paper. Generally speaking, the mechanism of this kind of tumor is assoeiated with using of immunosuppression agent and acquired immunodefficiency. The disease has no apparant clinic symptoms. Preoperative affirming diagnosis is very difficult. CT image was similar to mengioma. CT-guided needle biopsy or operative biopsy could obtain an accurate nistological diagnosis. At present, the method of the combining performance of radiotheraphy and chemitberapy is recommended after histological affirming diagnosis.
