摘　　要：对１４例阴茎癌患者术前行腹股沟前哨淋巴结活检，均为阴性未见癌肿转移，行阴茎癌阴茎次全切除，延长健康尿道，取带蒂耻骨骨膜瓣作为再造阴茎支架，再用阴囊轴型皮瓣复盖，再造“阴茎”Ⅰ期完成，这样就近取材，避免了尿道改道，也克服了一些并发症的发生。Biopsies from inguinal lymmh nodules were studied preoperatively for carcinomatous metastasis in 14 patients with penis cancer and the results were all negative. Sub-total phallectomy was performed and the unaffected urethrae were extended. Periosteal valves from the pubic bone were employed as the stand and covered with axial scrotal flaps for phase-I penis reconstruction.In this way,it is convenient to get materials for the reconstruction,the transformation of the urethra can be avoided,and postoperative complications can thus be prvented.
