摘　　要：偶氮胂Ⅲ的萃取纯化方法。经纯化的产品可用于细胞内钙的分析。In this work,arsenazo Ⅲ was purified,andcompared with the purest arsenazo Ⅲ of Sigma.These two reagents showed no difference in ab-sorption spectrum,calcium differential spectrumand calcium contamination.It indicates that thepurified arsenazo Ⅲ is suitable for the purposeof measuring intracellular calcium.
