磁共振在卵巢肿瘤诊断中的体会

摘　　要：判断磁共振在卵巢肿瘤诊断中的应用价值，统计了３０例卵巢肿瘤患者，年龄为１８岁～５８岁。术前均接受了磁共振与Ｂ超两种方法检查，以术后病理诊断结果为标准，将磁共振与Ｂ超两种方法对３０例卵巢肿瘤定性诊断的准确性加以比较。结果表明，磁共振获得定性诊断２９例，其准确率为９６．７％，而Ｂ超获得定性诊断仅为１９例，其准确率为６３．３％。因此，认为磁共振对卵巢肿瘤的定性诊断明显优于Ｂ超，它具有重要的临床应用价值。To identify the applied value of mr imaging in the diagnoses of vary Tumors.Materials and methods:30 cases of patients with ovary tumors whose age ranged 18 to 58 years old have received the examinations of both methods of mr imaging and type-B ultrasound before the operation.Theese patients included 15 cystadenoma,6cystadenocarcinoma,5 Dermoid tumors,2 metastatic carcinoma from gastroentric tract,and 2endodermal tumors demonstrated by postoperative pathologic diagnoses.Taking the results of pathologic,diagnoses as a standard,,the accuracy between mr imaging and type b ultrasound examination in the qualitative diagnoses of 30 cases of patients with ovary space-occupying lesions have been compared.Results:for mr imagin,20cases obtained the qualitative diagnoses,and the accuracy was 96.7 percent.For type-B ultrasound,only 19 cases obtained the qualitative diagnoses,and the accuracy was 63.3 percent.Conclusion:in the qualitative diagnoses of ovary Tumors,mr Imaging was superior significantly to type-B ultrasound therefore,it has important applied value.
