摘  要:根据对麦绿素用大麦的品质要求,对6个大麦品种的品质性状进行了研究。结果表明,花30和苏啤3号的鲜重和干重以及茎叶叶绿素含量明显高于其他品种;茎叶蛋白质含量最高的是黄皮裸大麦,大中88-91及花30其次;茎叶营养元素Ca、Mg、Cu、Zn含量较为均衡的是六棱子,而花30只是Zn含量最高。Aeeording to special quality requirements of Barley Green, the biomass, yield, protein content, chlorophyll content and mieroelement content of 6 barley varieties were determined. The results showed that Hua 30 and Supi No. 3 had significantly higher fresh weight, dry weight and chlorophyll eontent in the tender stems and leaves than other varieties ; Huangpiluo had the highest protein content in the tender stems and leaves among all tested varieties, followed by Dazhong 88 -91 and Hua 30; the nutritive element content (Ca, Mg, Cu, Zn) in the stems and leaves of Liulengzi was more balanced, and the Zn eantent in Hua 30 was topmost.
