参芪扶正注射液联合化疗治疗晚期结直肠癌疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察参芪扶正注射液联合FOLFOX4方案治疗晚期结直肠癌的效果。方法36例患者随机分为治疗组22例和对照组14例,两组均应用FOLFOX4方案化疗,治疗组同时加用参芪扶正注射液。结果治疗组有效率为36.4%,对照组为35.7%(P>0.05);治疗组体重增加、Karnofsky评分提高均高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组Ⅱ度以上白细胞下降发生率较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论参芪扶正注射液联合FOLFOX4方案能提高晚期大肠癌患者生活质量,具有一定的减毒增效作用。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Shenqi Fuzheng injection combined with FOL- FOX4 in treatment of advanced colorectal cancer. Methods Thirty-six patients were randomly divided into treatment group （n = 22） and control group （n = 14）. The treatment group was treated with Shenqi Fuzheng injection and FOLFOX4. The control group was treated with FOLFOX4 only. Results The overall response rates were 36.4% and 35.7% respectively in treatment group and control group （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. There was difference in improving the quality of life and reducing the toxicity of chemotherapy between the two groups （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The Shenqi Fuzheng injection was quite effective in improving life quality and combination of Chinese medicine and FOLFOX4 had better effect on advanced metastatic colorectal cancer.
