摘　　要：目的:探讨胸膜促纤维增生性小圆细胞肿瘤的CT影像表现及鉴别诊断。材料与方法:通过CT平扫以及同层动态强化观察胸膜促纤维增生性小圆细胞恶性肿瘤特点,并复习文献。结果:CT影像能提供胸膜侵袭性增厚表现以及侵犯相邻组织的范围大小,生长方式,形态特点,肿块与周围脏器有无明显起源关系。确定组织由小圆形瘤细胞巢及周围硬化性纤维间质所组成,需免疫组化染色并显示有上皮性、间叶性及神经性标记物共同表达。结论:胸膜促纤维增生性小圆细胞肿瘤是一种特殊的高度恶性肿瘤。Purpose： To explore features of CT images of desmoplastic small round cell tumor of the pleura and discriminate the diagnosis. Materials and Methods： Using the CT PS and CE with the layer dynamic state to observe characteristics of desmoplastic small round cell of the pleura and review of literatures. Results： The thickness of encroached pleura was characterized in the image of CT, including the size, shape, distribution, and origin of encroached tissue and adjacent organs. The certain tumor tissue is constitute by the small circular oncocyte nest surroundings sclerosis fiber mesenchyme to need tile set of immunity to turn the staining to combine the manifestation to have the epithelium, a leaf sacral nerve marking thing the common expression. Conclusion： The pleura desmoplastic small round cell tumor is a very special and high malignant tumor.
