摘　　要：血管生成素样蛋白3(angiopoietin-like protein3,ANGPTL3)是一种分泌蛋白,因其具有血管生成素家族的特征性结构而得名。该蛋白质主要在人和鼠的肝脏表达,可能与脂代谢紊乱、冠心病与动脉粥样硬化、糖尿病、代谢综合征、肾病以及肝癌等疾病有关。因此深入研究该蛋白质与疾病的关系,可望为诊断、治疗、预防相关疾病提供新的途径。Angiopoietin likeprotein 3 （ANGPTL3） is a secretory protein that is mainly expressed in liver of human and murine. It is named owing to its characteristic structure of angiogenin family. Experimental studies have demonstrated that ANGPTL3 may be linked to lipid metabolism disorder, coronary heart disease and atherosclerotic, diabetes, metabolism syndrome, nephropathy and hepatocarcinoma, etc. Therefore, studying the relationship between ANGPTL3 and diseases may find the ways for diagnosis, treatment, prevention of these diseases.
