摘　　要：20世纪90年代以来，外语师资教育研究在我国外语教学与研究领域日益受到重视，研究数量不断增加。本文综述了外语师资教育项目中广为采用的几种主要理论模式，即教学反思模式、教学行动研究模式和教学经历学习理论以及它们在我国外语师资教育中的应用与研究。文章在近年来召开的中国英语教学国际研讨会以及中国英语教学研究会年会上交流的研究论文的基础上归纳了我国外语师资教育研究状况，总结了该领域的研究成果。Since the 1990＇s foreign language teacher education has been attached more and more importance in China, and the amount of researches has been increasing. This paper gives a review of the major theoretical models commonly adopted in foreign language teacher education programmes, i.e. reflective teaching models, action research models, experiential learning theories, and their application studies as well. It provides an outline and a summary of the research findings in the field of foreign language teacher education based on the research papers presented in the international symposiums on ELT in China and in the CELEA annual conferences in recent years.
