白内障手术致角膜后弹力层脱离的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨白内障手术致角膜后弹力层脱离的原因、预防及处理方法。方法对39例(43眼)白内障手术致角膜后弹力层脱离病人给予前房注气或粘弹剂顶压复位等治疗。术后随访3个月,观察角膜恢复情况。结果角膜后弹力层复位后,39例病人43眼角膜均恢复透明,未出现视力功能障碍及其他相关并发症。结论白内障手术中及早发现和及时处理角膜后弹力层脱离对预防术后并发症及视力的恢复有重要作用。Objective To study the causes, prevention and therapy of detachment of Descemet membrane （DDM） caused by cataract extraction. Methods Forty-three eyes with DDM were treated by injecting air or viscoelastic substances in anterior chamber. Post-operative recovery of the cornea was observed in three-month follow up. Results After reposition of Deseemet membrane, the cornea of the 43 eyes revived its transparence without visual disorder or other related complications. Conclusion Early detection and prompt management of the DDM is important to avoid complications and recover the vision.
