音乐电疗配合心理疏导对脑卒中病人抑郁情绪和瘫肢功能康复的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨音乐电疗配合心理疏导对脑卒中病人抑郁和瘫痪肢体神经功能康复效果的影响。方法将68例脑卒中病人随机分为干预组和对照组,两组病人均根据病情给予改善脑血液循环、促进脑代谢、治疗脑水肿等并发症的对症治疗,在此基础上,干预组采用潍坊产YL-4型中风康复音乐治疗机进行音乐电疗,并给予心理疏导3周,于治疗前、治疗后分别对两组病人进行抑郁自评量表(SDS)和神经功能缺损评分。结果治疗前干预组与对照组的SDS评分差异无显著性(P>0.05);干预组治疗后SDS评分较治疗前明显降低(t=3.62,P<0.01),对照组治疗后SDS评分与治疗前比较差异无显著性(t=1.33,P>0.05)。治疗后干预组SDS评分显著低于对照组(t=2.18,P<0.05)。结论音乐电疗配合心理疏导对促进脑卒中后病人的抑郁情绪改善和瘫痪肢体神经功能恢复有积极的作用。Objective To explore the effect of combination of musical and psychological therapies on depression and functional rehabilitation of paralytic extremities after stroke. Methods Sixty-eight patients were randomly divided into two groups： intervention group and control group. Symptomatic approaches, including improvement of brain circulation and metabolism, treatment of brain edema, were offered to both groups, besides, for those in the intervention were added psycho- and musieotherapy for three weeks, using stroke rehabilitation musieotherapy machine. Self-rating depression scale （SDS） and neurologic impairment scores （NIS） were done before and after. Results Before treatment, the difference of SDS between the two groups was not significant （P〉0.05）. After treatment, SDS in the intervention was lower than that before treatment （P〈0.05）. For the control, the difference of SDS between before and after therapy did not reach statistically significant （t= 1.33,P〉0.05）. After treatment, the SDS in the intervention was markedly lower than that for the control （t=2.18,P〈0.05）. Conclusion Musical eleetrotherapy combined with psychotherapy plays an active role in improving depression and paralytic rehabilitation of patients with stroke.
