从宏观环境变化对电大教育需求的影响看其发展走向

摘　　要：进入21世纪后,随着经济全球化、人口老龄化的来临和高等教育大众化的发展,我国高校间的生源竞争愈加激烈。在这种新的竞争环境下,中央广播电视大学面临新的挑战。本报告即在详细分析经济发展、人口结构变化、技术进步和高等教育系统的内部竞争等环境变化对教育需求影响的基础上,为电大的发展走向提供参考建议。As the 21st century progresses, with economic globalization, aging population and popularization of higher education, there develops an evergrowing competition among Chinese universities for more students, which, hence, poses a new challenge for China Central Radio and TV University (CRTVU). First, the economic development imposes new requirement for CRTVU to follow closely various needs in professional and/or vocational training when industries reshuffle their structures, and labor mobility is expanding rapidly. Second, as the demographic structure changes, CRTVU is supposed to contribute more in upgrading the educational level of rural people, and in providing training of various vocational skills; and, with the aging population, CRTVU is bound to provide more community educational opportunities for the elderly people, to enrich their aging days. Third, as technology develops, it requires that CRTVU extend its open and distance education and institutional cooperation, and construct a public educational resources platform. Fourth, challenges from within educational circles presses CRTVU to practice a needs-oriented supply mode. In short, the RTVU system is to embrace a brighter future if the above four areas are well considered and well balanced.
