摘　　要：改革开放以来,我国的统计制度发生了极大的变化,但仍然存在着一些亟待改进的问题。城乡统一的劳动就业统计制度没有建立起来,农村劳动力的就业状况没有予以足够的关注;由于城镇人口的统计存在不真实问题,因而城镇化率有高估的可能;由于"城镇职工"这个统计总体界定不严格,据此计算的城镇职工平均工资的可靠性也颇遭质疑。为此,需要在统筹城乡发展的总体框架下,按照科学发展的要求,进一步改进和完善现行统计制度。Since the reform and opening, great changes have taken place in the statistical system of our country but some urgent problems still exist and need to be solved. A unified statistical system of labor and employment for both urban and rural areas has not been established and the employment situation of rural lal）or force has not been paid enough attention; owing to the problems existing in urban demography, the urbanization rate might be overestimated. In addition, the credibility of urban workers＇average pay is also doubted since the statistical population of ＂urban workers＂ is not strictly defined. Therefore,it is needed to improve and perfect the existing statistical system in the overall framework of urban - rural coordination according to the requirement of scientific development.
