摘　　要：作者在分析企业外部性战略风险的来源、类型及其对企业的影响的基础上,研究了外部性战略风险与企业内部动态演化能力相互作用的共振与消减过程。借鉴生态学以及演化经济学的观点,从动态演化的角度提出了企业建立战略风险防范体系的重要性,并演示了企业战略管理与风险防范体系的动态演化、变革、再循环的相互作用过程。Based on an analysis of the types and sources of enterprises＇external strategic risks and its impact on the enterprises, the authors research the resonance and reducing process in which external strategic risks interact with enterprises＇internal dynamic evolution. Drawing on the viewpoint of ecology and evolutionary economics, the authors suggest that it is very important to construct a strategic risk precaution system from the perspective of dynamic evolution, and demonstrate the interactive process of dynamic evolution, transformation and recycling in the strategic management and risk precaution system of enterprises.
