摘　　要：发展性教师评价已经成为教师评价体系改革的主流。本文简要回顾了教师评价的种类、目的和评价手段的演进,分析了纸质和电子教师成长档案袋在实施发展性教师评价方面的不足,讨论了网络环境下构建发展性教师评价体系的优势,并详细阐述了基于网络教师专业发展信息平台实施发展性教师评价的模式。The development-oriented teacher evaluation has become the mainstream in the reform of teacher evaluation. This paper briefly reviews the types, purposes, and means of teacher evaluation, analyses the shortcomings of the paper and electronic portfolio- based teacher evaluation system, discusses the advantages of building a net-based teacher evaluation system, and discribes in detail a mode of a net-based development-oriented teacher evaluation system.
