摘　　要：针对DK7720型电火花线切割机床缺少中途断丝保护装置,提出了一种非接触检查断丝的方法,由于采用非接触检测,对钼丝没有造成任何影响,同时实现方便。这种方法还能检测钼丝运行过程中出现异常跳动,从而控制电机停止并报警。Because DK7720 spark wires cutting machine lacks the broken wires safeguard equipment, it is difficult to operate. A non-contact measuring method is proposed in this paper. Due to adopted non-contact measuring, molybdenum wires are affected in working process. At the same time, the method is convenient. Furthermore, the method enables to measure abnormal jump and stop the motor and give an alarm.
