腹腔镜断流术治疗门脉高压症的围术期护理

摘　　要：目的探讨门脉高压症微创手术围术期分阶段的护理。方法对9例门脉高压症并发食管胃底曲张静脉破裂出血患者施行腹腔镜脾切除加贲门周围血管离断术,总结围术期分阶段专科护理体会。结果9例患者经均择期顺利完成手术,全组无死亡病例,经围术期分阶段专科护理,无手术及护理的相关并发症。结论微创技术应用于门脉高压并发食管胃底曲张静脉破裂出血的治疗可行且有效,实施围术期分阶段专科护理是保证手术顺利实施和减少术后并发症的重要环节。Objective To explore perioperative nursing on stage for patients with minimally invasive surgery on portal hypertension. Methods Perioperative nursing care of 9 patients with laparoscopic splenectomy and perieardial devascularization for esophageal and gastric variceal bleeding were reviewed and its experience were summarized. Results Nine cases successfully underwent selective operation with perioperative nursing care on stage and no death, no complications related to operation and nursing occurred. Conclusion Minimally invasive surgery in selective treatment of portal hypertention combined with esophageal and gastric variceal bleeding was feasible and effective. Perioperative nursing care on stage is a vital element in assuring successful operation and reduding postoperative complications.
