摘　　要：利用沈阳观象台1951—2007年气候资料和路面草坪等下垫面小气候资料,分析了沈阳城市化发展对市区气候所产生的影响,并与周围4个县(市)1959—2007年气象观测资料加以比较,结果表明:沈阳市城市化发展对市区气候有显著影响。在此基础上,从城市气候角度对沈阳市城市规划设计提出了3点建议。On the basis of the meteorological observation data and relate microclimate data from Shenyang Meteorological Observation during the period 1951-2007, the effects of urbanization development in Shcnyang on the climate was analyzed. And the meteorological observation data is compared with the data of the four suburban districts （counties） meteorological stations during the period 1959-2007. The results show that the urbanization in Shenyang may have an obvious effect on the climate. Base on the analysis, three recommendations on how to use the research results for city planning and design were put forward.
