摘　　要：目的探讨hTERT和p53蛋白在胃癌组织中表达的临床意义。方法收集胃癌手术标本98例,应用免疫组化MaxvisionTM法检测hTERT和p53蛋白在胃癌组织的表达。结果hTERT和p53蛋白表达阳性率与肿瘤细胞病理组织学类型、组织分级及肿瘤大小无关,与肿瘤组织浸润深度、淋巴结转移情况、PTNM分期相关。hTERT和p53蛋白在癌组织中表达存在良好的一致性和相关性。结论hTERT和p53蛋白表达可作为预测胃癌转移潜能和预后的生物学指标,且hTERT蛋白的表达预示胃癌具有较强的侵袭转移能力,对于临床早期干预治疗具有重要的指导意义。Objective To study the clinical significance of the expression of hTERT and p53 protein in gastric carcinoma.Methods The expression of hTERT and p53 protein was detected by Maxvision^TM immunohistochemical method in the tissues from 98 patients with gastric carcinoma.Results Expression of hTERT and p53 was not correlated to the tumor size,differentiation,pathological type,pathological grade.There was significant correlation between the expression of hTERT and p53 and the invasion depth,lymph metastasis,pTNM stage.The expression of hTERT and p53 was significant correlated in gastric carcinoma.Conclusion The hTERT and p53 protein are useful markers for predicting the metastatic potential of gastric cancer.Expression of hTFRT may indicate a high invasive potential.
