大学生社交焦虑及其相关因素研究

摘　　要：通过问卷方式对大学生社交焦虑与应对方式的特点和相互关系进行分析,提出:不同性别大学生的社交焦虑无显著性差异,但在解决问题应对方式中表现出显著的性别差异;理科生与文科生在社交焦虑和幻想应对方式中差异显著,文科生和艺术生在幻想应对方式中的差异显著;社交焦虑与解决问题和合理化两种应对方式呈显著负相关,与自责应对方式呈显著正相关;通过多元线性回归分析,自责、合理化应对方式两变量对社交焦虑有显著的预测作用。指出大学生的社交焦虑和应对方式存在一定的相互关系。By questionnaire analyzes the characteristics of undergraduate social anxiety and coping styles as well as its relationship, puts forward there are not obvious differences in social anxiety between male undergraduates and female undergraduates, however, there are obvious sexual differences in coping style of resolving problems; there are obvious differences in social anxiety and fantasy coping style between undergraduates majoring in science and undergraduates majoring in liberal arts, there are obvious differences in fantasy coping style between undergraduates majoring in liber- al arts and undergraduates majoring in art;social anxiety shows obvious negative correlation with coping styles of re- solving problems and rationalization, shows obvious positive correlation with coping style of self - accusation; by multi- variate linear regression analyses finds out self- accusation and rationalization have obvious predictive effect on social anxiety. Points out there are certain relationships between undergraduate social anxiety and coping styles.
