摘　　要：文章通过潮流数值预报模式、风作用下的潮流预报模式、溢油预报模式和模拟表层水质点运动轨迹模式,基于VC平台,采用以Fortran混合编程以及MapInfo和MapX控件技术实验,建立了一套具有海上搜救辅助系统功能的可视化平台。该集成系统建立了友善的人机界面和灵活简便的操作接口以及鲜明逼真的画面,研究成果成功应用于渤海湾表层水质点运动轨迹的模拟和马尔他藉"塔斯曼海"号油轮溢油事故模拟,效果良好。An integrated visualization system of flow mathematical modeling, mathematical modeling of spilling oil and visualization is established based on VC language. Some key methods are： （1） the mathematical models are integrated by dynamic link libraries （DLL） created by Fortran language; （2） Mapinfo and MapX control technology. The system has a friendly interface and nice visualization, with menus, toolbars and forms similar to Windows. The result of this research has been successfully applied in tracking the surfaee water movement in the Bohai Sea and the simulation of a ship oil spill incident.
