摘　　要：首先介绍了特钢行业信息化建设的现状和需求,以及特钢行业的运营和管理模式,着重对产品主数据定义、质量管理、整体资源管理、生产计划、特殊的业务操作模式、精细化的业务管理等关键问题进行了分析,提出了以ERP系统为主体,采用多系统集成的方法,构建一个适合特钢行业的协同、高效的信息系统的解决方案,最后以实例说明,采用宝信软件多系统集成的方法后,既提高了企业的管理效率,同时也获得了较好的经济效益。Based on the introduction of situation and requirement about mlormation engineering ano manage- ment model in special steel factories, it analyzes the product data definition and quality management, describes the resource plan and production plan, presents the special business operation and fine business management. Based on ERP and multi- system integration, it puts forward a project for these steel factories. The applica- tion example shows that the project can be more efficient used in the special steel factory and enhance the management operation.
