摘　　要：文章指出了焦化厂OA邮箱系统的缺陷和不足,提出了采用利用Windows系统中自带的Outlook Express替代的方案。同时介绍了Outlook Express优化OA邮箱的方法及Outlook Express的功能、配置及安全性,补充和完善了OA邮箱系统,提高了办公效率。The article points out the limitations and shortages of the OA mailbox system of the Coking Plant and puts forward a plan which utilizes Outlook Express as a substitute for OA mailbox system. It introduces the methods of optimizing mailbox system, and the function, configuration, security of Outlook Express, perfects the OA mailbox system and improves work efficiency.
