摘 要:应用纤维素纤维改性剂PECH-amine对涤棉织物浸渍预处理,再进行活性/分散染料微胶囊高温高压一浴法无助剂染色。经PECH-amine处理后的涤棉织物与未处理样相比,具有优异的染色性能,在无助剂条件下,染品的K/S值较未处理的二浴法提高5%~15%,比一浴法提高了一倍以上;染色残液几乎无色透明;摩擦和皂洗牢度相当,有的甚至略有提高。The polyester-cotton blends were treated with the modifier polyepichlorohyrin-dimethylamine (PECH-amine), and applied to one bath dyeing with encapsulated disperses/Argazol NF reactive dyes in high temperature and pressure in the ab- sence of auxiliaries. Compared with the untreated polyester-cotton fabric, The K/S value of the modified polyester-cotton fabric of one bath dyeing without auxiliaries increased more than 100%, and 5% - 15% than that of two bath dyeing. The dyeing effluent was almost colorless, as well as the rubbing and soaping color fastnesses of dyed products were equal or even higher than that of the untreated polyester-cotton.
