摘  要:采用混合多羧酸对苎麻织物进行防皱整理时,其白度和柔软性比较差。经纤维素酶预处理后,再进行混合多羧酸防皱整理,可提高苎麻织物的白度和柔软性,且布面光洁,服用性能良好,断裂强力保留率仅略有下降。纤维素酶预处理苎麻织物的最佳工艺为:纤维素酶浓度4%(owf),pH值5.0,温度50℃,时间40min。With mixed polycarboxylic acid on a crease-resistant finish of ramie fabric, its whiteness and softness was relatively poor. The cellulase pretreatment and then anti-crease finish with mixed polycarboxylic acid, can increase the whiteness and softness of ramie fabric, and the finished fabric featured surface cleanness and good performance, but the retention rate of breaking strength decreased slightly. The optimal process of cellulase pretreatment of ramie fabric was as follows: concentration of cellulase 4% (owf), pH value 5.0, temperature 50℃, time 40 min.
