摘 要:大麻纤维具有优异的吸湿透气性和天然的抗菌保健功能,但染色性能差,手感硬,品种少,在一定程度上制约了大麻面料的开发。选用直接染料与活性染料采用传统的扎染工艺进行染色,使大麻坯布获得独特的风格,由此开发出一种新型的大麻面料。文中针对大麻纤维染色性能差的缺点,对大麻坯布进行染前碱改性处理,并对扎染方法、染色工艺及有机硅柔软整理工艺进行了探讨。Hemp fiber has excellent moisture permeability and natural antibacterial health care function. However hemp fiber is poor in dyeing property and of harsh - handed and few of variety which to a certain extent limits the development of hemp fabric. By use of traditional tie - dyeing of substantive dyes and reactive dyes, a new kind of hemp fabric which is of unique style is developed. Alkali pre - treatment has to be done before hemp fabric is tie - dyed to overcome its poor dyeing property. In the paper are discussed tie - dyeing method, dyeing process technology and the organosilicon soft finishing.
