摘　　要：研究了一种基于机器视觉的电表抄表系统。采用数字图像传感器OV7640完成电表号码图像的采集,通过数字信号处理器TMS320VC5402将OV7640输出的图像数据进行处理和识别,并将处理后的结果通过液晶显示器显示出来。A meter reading system based on machine vision is introduced. The digital image sensor OV7640 is used to complete the acquisition of electric meter number image and then the output image data is processed and indentified by digital signal processor TMS320VC5402 with the result shown on the liquid crystal screen visually.
