摘　　要：从科研管理的角度分析了高校国际合作交流的重要性,鼓励和引导科研人员积极申报国际合作与交流项目,更多地参与国际合作,文章介绍了国际合作与交流项目的类型,提出了若干促使科研人员能够更多更好的进行国际合作与交流的措施,争取获批更多项目,参与国际竞争,促进学科成长。With the viewpoint of scientific research management, the significance of international cooperation and exchange is analyzed to encourage and lead scientific research personnel to apply for the project actively. It has briefly introduced the project classification and items that should be paid attention to and will make researcher prepare for striving and obtaining more international cooperation projects and participating in the international competition, and thus promoting discipline to grow up.
