摘　　要：高校教育是培养人才和增强民族创新能力的基础,是一个国家兴旺发达的不竭动力。创新是现代科学技术发展的原动力,科研能力和科研成果标志着一个国家的科技水平。如今我国高等教育存在的主要问题是学生缺乏创新意识和科研能力。21世纪的大学生肩负着构建和谐社会的历史重任。他们是祖国的未来、民族的希望,提高他们的知识创新和科研能力,对于促进社会的发展至关重要。Higher education is the basis of cultivating people and reinforcing national innovating ability, and it is the persistent motivation of a thriving country. Innovation ability promotes the development of modem science and technology, while scientific research ability and achievement show the scientific level of a country. However, the essential problems of our higher education are students＇lacking of innovating thinking and ability of doing research. Renewing the education concept and improving the innovation capability of teachers is one of the ways. Then, how to cultivate the innovating thinking and scientific research ability of college students are practical problems which higher education has to face and solve.
