高校开展资产证券化融资的思考

摘　　要：资金短缺一直是困扰高校的一个重大难题。资产证券化作为现代金融市场中最重要的金融创新手段之一,具有广泛的应用性。高校利用资产证券化融资,相对于其它的融资方式具有一定的优势。文章分析了现阶段我国高校融资的资产证券化的可行性,提出了高校资产证券化融资的实施思路并分析了存在的问题。The short of capital is the tough problem in the university. The capitalized security as an innovative means in the modernized finance market is widespread. For the university, it is better to utilize securitization financing of the assets than other financing ways. This article analyses the possibilities of implementing the capitalized security in university, and puts forward suggestions and problems.
