摘 要:目的:评价自酸蚀黏结系统对3种窝沟封闭剂剪切黏结强度的影响。方法:选取前磨牙36个,随机分为实验组与对照组,每组18个。实验组分为3小组,经自酸蚀黏结系统(XenoⅢ)处理后,分别与3种窝沟封闭剂(Estiseal F,Concise,Ionosit Seal)黏结。对照组分为3小组,用GLUMA牙釉质酸蚀凝胶酸蚀后分别与3种窝沟封闭剂黏结。37℃水浴保存24h,万能材料试验机检测剪切黏结强度,扫描电镜(SEM)观察断裂面形态。结果:实验组的剪切黏结强度(SBS)明显高于对照组(P<0.05);SEM观察结果表明,断裂形式取决于酸蚀系统的类型。结论:自酸蚀黏结系统可以提高窝沟封闭剂与釉质的剪切黏结强度。AIM : To evaluate the effects of shear bond strength on 3 kinds of pit and fissure sealants using self - etching bonding system. METHODS : 36 premolars were used and randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 18 teeth of each. The experimental group was divided into 3 subgroups. 3 kinds of pit and fissure sealants ( Estiseal F ; Concise ; Ionosit Seal) were applied after using self - etching bonding system( Xeno Ⅲ ). Teeeh in control group were divided into 3 subgroups and bonded with 3 pit and fissure sealants separately after etching separately. The specimens were treated for shear bond strengths on the testing machine after stored in 37℃ distilled water for 24 hours. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) were carried out to observe the morphological differences of the fracture surface. RESULTS : The shear bond strengths of the experimental group were higher than that of the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). The SEM examination showed that the failure of bonding was predominantly related to the type of etching systems used. CONCLUSION: The use of self - etching bonding system improves the enamel shear bond strength of pit and fissure sealants.
