摘 要:目的探讨脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)在脑积水诊断中的意义。方法本文采用日本光电MEN-9102型诱发电位仪对50例脑积水患儿进行BAEP分析。结果50例脑积水患儿中,BAEP正常28耳(28.0%),异常72耳(72.0%)。结论BA-EP检测在一定程度上能客观反映脑积水患儿脑干神经损害的程度及听力损害情况,BAEP无创伤,不受镇静药物的影响,又能早期发现患儿听觉传导的异常,为临床治疗提供更多帮助,以利于脑积水患儿的早期发现、干预、治疗、康复。Objective To explore the clinical significance of brain stem auditory evoked potential (BAEP) in the diagnosis of hydrocephalus. Methods Fifty patients with hydrocephalus used MEB-9102EP/EMG to analyze in BAEP. Results Of the 50 patients ,BAEP was abnormal in 72 ears (72%), and BAEP was normal in 28 ears (28%). Conclusion In a certain extent ,BAEP can reflect objectively the nerve damage of brainstem and hearing damage. The examine has no injuriy, and no influcuce by sedative drugs. It can early detect the abnormal of conduction hearing, and provide help for children clinical treatment.
